HUD published the FY2026 CoC NOFO on Monday June 1, 2026
Following the publication of the NOFO on Monday, June 1, 2026, please see to the following schedule for any renewal and new project applications:
- July 17, 2026: All renewal and new project applications are due to the Projects Committee.
- July 18 – July 31, 2026: Initial review period; feedback or follow-up questions will be sent to applicants by July 31.
- August 1 – 14, 2026: Final reviews and ranking period.
- August 20, 2026: Deadline for the committee to submit final notes and rankings.
- August 26, 2026: Final application due to HUD.
