HUD has released the FY 2025 Continuum of Care Notice of Funding Opportunity.

Here are the deadlines set by the CoC regarding project applications:

 

1. All project applications must be submitted to the Projects Committee by 12/15/25.

2. Projects Committee initial scoring and review - 12/29/25. The NOFO says that we have to notify all applicants whether their project applications will be accepted and ranked, rejected or reduced by this date.

3. The projects committee final scoring must be completed by 1/9/26. 

4. Final scores, ranking, and written process is sent to the BVCH executive committee by 1/12/26.

5. Final application must be submitted by the CoC by 1/14/2026
